WAYNE D. THOMAS
President
Mr. Thomas holds a B.S. degree in mathematics from Bloomsburg University and has completed graduate work at Temple University, the Pennsylvania State University, Wilkes University, and the University of Oklahoma. He has over twenty years of experience in the areas of building renovation systems, environmental hazard assessment, risk assessment, and asbestos ranging from public school abatements to a wide variety of industrial and commercial projects. His specialties include compliance, risk management, and record-keeping, as well as supervisory techniques for abatement activities. Mr. Thomas is an EPA and Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry-certified asbestos abatement supervisor, inspector, management planner, and project designer. Mr. Thomas is certified as a radon-testing individual in Pennsylvania. He has completed courses of instruction in the National Firearms Association (NFA) Recognition and Identification (R&I) Hazardous Materials Awareness and EPA/Union Pacific Railroad (UPPR) Hazardous Materials 1st Responder Operations. He has also completed course requirements at Temple University in the U.S. EPA Training Curriculum. Mr. Thomas is a member of the National Industrial Hygine Association.

MARK DIMOCK
Inspector / Project Manager
Mr. Dimock retired from the United States Navy with the rank of chief petty officer. He acquired a strong blend of managerial and hands-on experience in his twenty-two year naval career. His extensive experience includes shipboard weapons systems, ordnance safety, system troubleshooting, operational testing and human resource management and training. Mr. Dimock is a Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry certified asbestos building inspector and lead hazard control risk assessor and has also trained as a mold remediation technician. He has also received safety training for the use of X-ray fluorescence (XRF) equipment and has attended various building inspection courses and mold inspection seminars.

FRANK SINCLAIR
Project Manager
Frank Sinclair is currently a Project Manager for Environmental Abatement Associates, Inc. Prior to taking this position Mr. Sinclair has been employed as a Recruiter for Schneider Trucking, the Department of Agriculture, Department of Transportation, and the United Sates Army, where he received numerous awards and accolades. Mr. Sinclair held various positions within each of the listed employers. Mr. Sinclair has worked in numerous countries outside of The Continental United States, which includes Europe, Southeast Asia, Central and South America. Mr. Sinclair matriculated from the Arizona State, the University of Maryland, the University of Texas, and Wilkes University.

CHRIS TSIOLES
Project Manager / Mold Inspector
Chris Tsioles is a Project Manager as well as a Mold Inspector. He is a licensed Asbestos Inspector certified in the state of Pennsylvania. Chris has completed certification courses in Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey.

RUSS BIGUS
Microbiologist
Russ Bigus has a Masters of Science in Microbiology. He is responsible for auditing mold sample reports and generating mold reports for mold remediation.

MAURY ROMONOSKI
Microscopist
Ms. Romonoski was born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, but grew up in Las Vegas,  She received a B.S. degree in education from the University of Las Vegas in 1978 and a M.S. degree in education in 1981. She was employed as an elementary / special education teacher in the Clark County School District for 36 years, retiring in 2013 and returning to Pennsylvania. Ms. Romonoski has successfully completed the Analysis of Asbestos Fibers Utilizing Phase Contrast Microscopy / NIOSH 582 equivalency course and assists with in house analysis of asbestos air samples.

W. ROY SMITH
Right-to-Know Compliance Specialist
Mr. Smith retired several years ago having spent 40 years in the manufacturing industry in all management areas from Line Supervisor to Manufacturing Operations Manager for one of the largest wire rope and lifting companies.  He has extensive experience in various Occupational Safety and Health laws, Right-to-Know Compliance, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and in procurement, materials management and maintenance management.  Mr. Smith began working for EAA in 2009 as a specialist assisting school districts in all areas of Right-to-Know compliance.

ALEXIS BIGUS
Executive Assistant
Alexis Bigus has a B.S. in Political Science / English. She handles all clerical duties.
